When will I receive a confirmed move-in date?

No later than 3 months before the building is ready.

My friend and I want to share an apartment. How many people can live in each apartment size?

To ensure comfort for all residents, the number of occupants should match the size and layout of the apartment.

Do all apartments have balconies, private storage, and what appliances are included?

Some apartments have balconies and a loft, some don't. Each apartment includes a private storage unit. All apartment includes a dishwashing machine and a combined washing machine/tumle dryer. For more details, see the apartment specifications here (link).

Does the project offer parking?

I know rental queues in Sweden can be long—should I be worried, and how does the queue work for this project?

There's no need to worry. The project includes three different queue systems to meet demand:

  • If you're already in the queue at Bostadsförmedlingen, we recommend applying via their website (link).
  • If you've just moved to Stockholm or are a student, we suggest applying via HomeQ, even if you’re not yet registered in a housing queue.
  • You can always email us with questions at info@blickliving.com.
I saw there are commercial spaces on the ground floor—can these be rented?

How far is the project from the train station?

It's about a 6–10 minute walk to the train station, with great connections (commuter and regional trains) to central Stockholm.
