The project will be completed in phases. The first building will be ready for moving in April 2026, and the remaining buildings will be finalised with 2–3 months intervals.

To ensure comfort for all residents, the number of occupants should match the size and layout of the apartment.
Some apartments have balconies and a loft, some don't. Each apartment includes a private storage unit. All apartment includes a dishwashing machine and a combined washing machine/tumble dryer. For more details, see the apartment specifications above.
